Hi David
We used 7x 65in PLASMAS at 1080p for the world cup:

or
http://www.techietalk.co.uk/news/snp...ld-cup-studio/
Content was created on a Red Camera at 4.5K width
Using supplied Red software, it was very quick and easy to reduce the height.
7x Mac Mini servers were used on the back of 7 screens, each with a single 1080p output all set-up with relevant offsets to re-create one large 13,440x1080 pixel image and frame synced together for seemless playback.
The content was of sufficient quality that even when scaled up to fit the 13,440x1080 width it still looked good even at about 3x the original.
Depending upon the application and size of plasmas - you can almost certainly get away with lower resolution output... not necessarily 1080p
Also - if using plasmas - you will probably want a 16:9 (1280x720 or lower) resolution not 4:3 (1280x1024). - This is possible by re-programming the TH2G
I dont think you can create one single video of that size: 23,040. I think you will have to create multiple smaller files and sync it back together over the servers?...
Do call to discuss further
