    Decklink 5.9.2

Blackmagic just released a new version of the drivers for Decklink cards.

One of the features on the HD cards, is a upscaler from SD to HD 1080i
That funciuon will work on Catalyst ? I had no chance to test it so far...

Any one is using already ?

you cant use decklink to output from catalyst, as there is no opengl support on the card.

    an upscaler isnt much use-

I know, I do not use Desktop Output like show before on this forum

But what I did understood from the Decklink update page on Versiontracker is the Upscaler is on the capture, so I belive (did not have a chance to tested yet) upscaler on the capyure, but for shure needs to be configured at the decklink setup or so....

    from VERSIONTRACKER
    What's new in this version:
adds SD to HD up-conversion on capture using Intel-based Mac Pro computers and any DeckLink HD series card, 2K playback (cropped to 1920 x 1080) with all DeckLink HD series cards via HD-SDI, Improved support for HDCAM SR tape decks, and various stability and performance improvements.

BTW SAMSC / Ricxhard - Thanks a lot for the support on 1920x1080 on the new versions.... Thanks
