This version is pre-edge blending.

Improvements to Syncing between layers on same and different computers.
Sync usable in all play modes also with playback at different speeds.
Also works without any delays on same computer - so sync can be used on one computer to keep edge blended layers together.

Fixed beach ball on non-administrator accounts - that dont have permission to write to documents folder.
