Mirror mode crash

I think this is an unsupported feature but I will report the crash anyway.

If Catalyst is used with the Mac in mirror mode it will crash the app if you then change the display resolution.

This also occurs in Pixelmad.

I was using mirror mode to output a DVI stream to Versa-tile whilst still monitoring the show on the VGA output.

mirror mode is not recommended or supported.

its not a true 'mirror' mode - its a hack.

This did seem to work recently.

So it might be a particular screen configuration.

Or it might be the unplugging of dvi port that caused the crash, and not mirror mode.
