Copy Paste Layers Set up standalone

Hello ! I may did not found it , but I think Copy Paste Layers " state " it's need in the stand alone version .

Say I did my layer set up on Layer 1 but then I need to move all that " state " to layer 2 .

It's that possible ?

If it's not can you add it ?

I wish the timing would be left untouched when re-recording a preset. Currently when overwriting a preset all timing information is lost.
