upgrading dongle

not sure if this is how you intended this to work, but after you upgrade a Catv3.3 system with a dongle to Catv4, the dongle code won't work and spits out an error 'Install Key Bad.." until you launch Catv3.3 and remove the key

Could Catv4 do this for you automatically? possibly with a prompt message?

v4 dongle codes dont work with 3.3, only 3.31
once you have changed the dongle - you need to use 3.31 if you want to use version 3.3x

but there might be something else here? that is wrong?

well, i was able to get the dongle correctly enabled with catv4 after removing the key in v3.3 on this server, then in catv4 the code worked fine

just wondering how the upgrade process should work for the end user who already has a v3.3 system and they want to upgrade to v4?
