2 quick questions :

- will we need to change the library setups we've made for catalyst in our lightdesk ? / does v.4 require more dmx channels or ?

- can we install v.4 and go back to v.3 easily ?

no more dmx channels. at all.
28 parameters? ( 40 channels ) is quite enough for people to get their heads around...
and on lighting desks it is near the maximum that their guis are capable of.


just more fx using same channels.

as long as you dont use anything exclusive to v4 - im hoping there is no difference at all between them.
i consider it a bug if there is a difference - for now.

Any idea when Version 4 will be available for use?
I'm sitting at home with a new Quad G5, and would be more than happy to puch it and test for bugs etc that creap up.
