Miglia DVR TV card - video input

The Miglia DVR TV card ( g5 compatible only ) seems to work very very well in catalyst.
It gives you composite, s-video and tv tuner inputs.

    did you buy one?

It is a video input card.
You just turn on video input.
( i have a feeling that you might need a newer build than the current release d56 )

The card works beautifully as a capture card on my G5. I can't wait to see it doing video input in Catalyst.

Richard let me know when you have a build that supports it.

As soon as I get my machine back from TV centre I will have a go with the Pixelmad build.

    latest miglia software

make sure you have download he latest software from miglia -

DONT use the software that came on the CD.
And you might need to run their software before catalyst to configure the inputs on the miglia card.

i can watch tv while testing.

  10. Miglia Cards

We are currently using 2 Miglia cards for multiple video inputs for a live show. Resolution leaves something to be desired but it all works as intended.
Catalyst does indeed need to start after the G5 sees the cards in order for all to work correctly. Also, it is sometimes necessary to deselect the [Video Input] function on the Catalyst Control window in order to select the desired card.
