Preferred OS X flavor

I noticed your h264 test was run on 10.3.9 and 10.4.2. Is there a preferred OS?

noone should be using tiger yet with existing catalyst builds.
i was checking that performance was comparable.

there were a number of problematic bugs that came about in releases after 10.3.5 with the current catalyst build.

if you have to use a machine that will not run 10.3.3 then 10.3.9 is recommended.
