you mean midi output from quicktime player?
did you file a bug with apple?
https://bugreport.apple.com/cgi-bin/...s/RadarWeb.woa
In the quicktime forum we posted several bug reports to Apple, but this is no bug, they just "forgot" it from 10.2 on....Otherwise I could get SOME reply from Apple the last 3 years?Originally Posted by samsc
But I heard rumours that under 10.4 and the new writing of QT7 the midi output to a external device would work again...
This way you can store different types of info into a QT file (midi, audio, video) and scroll while your midi commands are rock-solid!
yes.
i havent tried this kindof thing ever.
were there any tools to ever embed midi files in movies?
Did you try multichannel audio yet?
Not yet, tommorow I finish the last tourdate, so this upcoming week I want to test it.Originally Posted by samsc
Is QT7 stable for use with Catalyst/PixelMad? Any issues?
not enough time from release to evaluate.Originally Posted by rosswill
i have installed it and am using it. but cannot recommend people change from system they know and are using unless there is a compelling feature they need.

Yes, but with Isadora under 10.4 in a Protools setup and in a Metric Halo Mobile I/O, works fine, can stripe midi timecode now haha.Originally Posted by samsc
