Same shortcut for 2 different commands

I've found that the "command+L" shortcut is the same for "user interfase lockout" (wich I don't know what it really does BTW) and for the "setup output ports" commands.
I have also problems with the serial port setup window. I cannot change any setup, also the cancel button doesn't work. The only thing I can do is to press the OK button.
