Different configurations and combinations of features are available on request.
Just did a show with 5000 fixtures and 28 universes, and another with 6 sub-mixes.

Pixelmad only outputs DMX when in full screen mode.
And does not have the ability to output full vga screen mixed video without other user interface elements appearing on the vga screen.

Recent testing has indicated that installing the ATI displays software helps performance.

i hope people who downloaded this made sense of the gui.

The gui for me is still a work in progress, and i still have a few things to fix with dragging fixtures are mixes around, but functionally it works fine.

Ill try and write a document showing what to do this week.

    Hi Richard,

Just downloaded new PixelMad versions. First impressions of new GUI are good. I think reducing the size of the DMX IN buttons helps save space and they are not too small as to be fiddley.

Am doing a VersaTile show with Ross at Channel 4 tomorrow (probably with E12) and he has the new versions so we may well have a look at them while we are down there if we have time.

Had a little play and am glad to see you have implemented the lock button.

Am a little puzzled as to how it is working on the DMX Preview window though.

When it is on I cannot move or orientate the fixtures but I can still move the window (should it not be the other way around). Is this correct or a bug?

So far though it looks great!

    All the best,

    Rob

the lock buttons in the mix windows, and the dmx preview windows have different functions.

they dont lock in the same way.
there is no need to lock the position of the dmx preview window.
