I saw a PAL version of this in Duty Free in Finland... If I hadn't blown all my illgotten gains on a digital stills camera and a nice Canon L series lens...

FX1 is on some places also here but HVR-Z1U is still not given a shipping date here in sweden,I´m waiting for that one (even that I had a great week with a ex af FX1, great camera)

The recorder HDV VTR only seems to support mini dv tapes, that´s the only thing I see as a strange thing, if it supports the big dvcam tapes (wich I hope but got different answers), it would be great!
