I am working on a project where the client would like to take diffrent tape sources ( beta or other ) and play them into a LED matrixed wall made up of Clr blst type units. Will pixelmad be the canidate?

yes pixelmad is designed to do that type of thing

Awsome What are my restrictions when it comes to the video format ? Or are there any ?

with pixel fixture the resolution of the led's in video terms is quite low. but pixelmad works just like catalyst - at low resolution.

I sent off for prices to the guy you have listed in the forum. Also the links for the Documentation are not working ? Did i ask fro quotes from the right guy ? how can i get documentation and stuff on the product ?

i had to remove a feature earlier in the year at the request of highend.
im putting it back out there as soon as i finish adding something else.

we havent finalised the latest pricing.
