You are totally correct. It should be 3840x1080, 2800x1050 and 2560x800!
Might be able to reduce that again by having output 2 as one 1920x1080 that is split to two projectors.

This setup is working as above on a show now. Phoenix cards included.
Only issue I am seeing is a randomly laggy mouse when the DHTGs are connected. In 10.9 this affected playback (content stutters when the mouse does). In 10.10 the mouse issues remain but do not affect Catalyst at all.
