The issues I'm experiencing are only I see the video in the Mixoptions windows and Layer windows, but I see nothing in the MIX windows.

hmmm interesting?.
I suspect it's a settings file not transferring nicely.
Could you re-build? if you noted down your DMX patch.
snapshot your mixes and mix layer routing.

then create a new v5 show, but replace the presets.txt file with the one from your v4 show, and then recall mix settings into v5?
