    Mac mini and video capture

    Hi all,

Does anybody have any experience with a mac mini connected to a thunderbolt pcie with a phoenix card?
Or a mac mini with the thunderbolt intensity pro?
We only need 1 layer of video input.

    Thanks,

    Peter

I have tried it with an intensity extreme, the thunderbolt version, I have not tried any PCI chassis expansion. The extreme does not work so well. It will be ok for a while but eventually will look like internet streaming video and kinda drop frames. Depends on what you are trying to do with it, but it doesn't look all that nice in my opinion.
