Using artnet ether-lynx boxes without a hub

If you want to use an artnet etherlynx box without a hub - you should probably set the ethernet port manually to use 10BT.

Macs autoselect speed and sex.
Etherlynx boxes Dont.

After connecting up your etherlynx you will probably have to restart the computer to get them to see each other.

you also need to set the ip address of the computer to 2.0.0.1
as shown here.
