    NTSC Refresh

Hey everyone.....I have been doing a lot more live imag with catalyst and have been playing around with refresh rates to avoid the ntsc studder. Does this happen with pal? I've tried changing the refresh rate of the output to 59.94 and having the cameras come in 29.97 but it still does it. I have also heard of a new card system that uses a secondary card to reclock so to speak. Have any of you found any tricks to buffer so you get rid of the studder? I think catalyst is amazing and the only server i use but the more i do live imag effects with it the harder it is to look at this studder. Just trying to see what corporate guys do and dont....just trying to use catalyst in place of a switcher and for crazy ideas.

Never had a problem with this using either PAL or NTSC camera systems. What resolution inputs are you using, and what capture cards?
