    1) Go to serial devices at the bottom of the catalyst control window
    2) Click on 'no output' and select 'OSX Serial Setup'
    3) Click on the check box at the bottom Left next to '0 TCPIP Serial Ports....'
    4) select the number of connections you want to create (say 3?)
    5) restart catalyst
    6) Go back to the OSX Serial Setup window (step 2) - you will now see 3 TCPIP devices
    7) Click on a TCPIP device, name it.
    8) Enter the IP address of the FSN
    9) Enter the Port address (3000 according to the PDF)
    10) Select TCP Output (probably)
    11) Click OK
    12) In the RS232 Device section, Click on 'no output' and select 'TCPIP 1 - name' (as you have just set-up)

This should set up communication - you may need to restart catalyst to get a connection
or look a little higher up the control window for a new TCPIP device - can click on that to try and connect.

Once it says connected - Then all you have to do is enter that relevant serial commands in to the RS232 device boxes.
Note that you can use more than one RS232 device controller if you need more than 10 commands.
