Preset save crash

Hi All,
I'm getting a lot of crashes when saving presets. It hangs on saving presets, doesn't move on to saving color fx, and just stop working.

I've repared disc permission etc.

Running 10.6.7.

does the same thing happen when you use m356? or only m370?
