Need help creating a backup!

Question: In remote mode can be switched off so that when the master Catalyst, Slave continues to play a video file, but not stop it?

Need a backup without control by dmx! Need to 2 servers at the same time losing the same content! Video plays with sound and crash the server is unacceptable!

I have a remote HOG III and two Catalyst! Soundtracks are played along with the video from the server. HOG III does not have proper backup! If the console crashes then crashes light, video and sound! So the management of dmx is not welcome! Need a separate backup server!

This is a desk DMX backup scenario / issue

If you want a server as a backup without DMX - then you have to record all your cues as Presets and put them in a cuelist within catalyst...

However, the easiest way is to get a backup HogIII and network the DP's so that you have redundancy

Its a bit much to expect a catalyst server to perform as a backup for another bit of equipment that may fail (ie your hogIII)...
