    mac pro 4.1 (2xquad core xeon) quadro 4000 mac os x 10.6.8
i think the problem is in blackmagic (its an old model), because we try another capture cards (lfg 4, intesity pro) and its OK...
phoenix drivers crashes at cat startup, when blackmagic input is on (i try 3 inputs at the same time)
oh, i forget, this problem appeared after one of osx updates (10.6.5 or 10.6.7 I do not remember exactly)

    -

there is a different way to patch large numbers I'm working on -
you trying to do hdsdi? or just normal sdi?

Use 1 entry into HDSDI (TVOne vga to HDSDI)

How Many video inputs you try to do at Same Time?
    1 HDSDI) 1920x1080.
    4 CV (1 LFG).
The system is now stable (there is some stuttering of the image).

    Thanks

    What screens you using?
    What resolution?
What frame rate for video input? Pal? NTSC? 25 or 30 fps

You are still pushing these old machines doing hdsdi

you can't use two outputs (triple head and another ) with different screen sizes and get non-glitching outputs
they have slightly different refresh rates - the graphics card can't do the right thing
also hdsdi frame rate does not match screen refresh rates.

    Thanks Richard.

    excuse the error, exit 1 -> 1280X1024 and output 2 -> 3840x1024.

    I have made many tests.
Output 1, full screnn off, and so, I get better cooling in the output 2 (triple head).

What do you suggest? with video inputs

    Thanks

    Change output resolution ATI X1900:
Switching output 2, 3840x1024 to 3072x768, it manages to avoid the little stuttering of the image (also changing the output 1, 1280x1024 to 1024x768).
We use lower resolutions LFG and Phoenix, but the result is not compensated due to the loss of image quality.

We found that removing the output 1, full scren off, is also able to reduce stuttering.

At the end opt for 3840x1024.
    LFG resolution of (384x288)
    1920x10280 phoenix.

    thanks
