Mac Pro 1.1 is very old, and we have to update it, but the economic situation ...
You tell me (Richard) to consider in the future, a more comfortable Patch system for groups of devices, or some form of power patcher 100 fixtures in a comfortable way.
(counting to manage parameters for DMX)
Current control:
Mix - Select + Type + Color --- 1 Fixture only (to Grandma)
Mix Curve ---- 1 Fixture only (to Grandma)
Layer + vol + ColFX + VixFx ---- 1 Fixture only (to Grandma)
Just a suggestion, thanks for everything.

hi, i have got the same problem using Phoenix 2 HDSDI and BlackMagic HD Extreme at the same time, i change it with Intensity PRO and now everything is OK...
mac pro 4.1 (2xquad core xeon) quadro 4000 mac os x 10.6.8
i think the problem is in blackmagic (its an old model), because we try another capture cards (lfg 4, intesity pro) and its OK...
phoenix drivers crashes at cat startup, when blackmagic input is on (i try 3 inputs at the same time)
oh, i forget, this problem appeared after one of osx updates (10.6.5 or 10.6.7 I do not remember exactly)
hi, i try different versions of cat 4.2 and 4.4
i use 1 composite from decklink and 2 sdi (not HD) from Phoenix, when cat starts i have got an error massage with: phx_drv 5.43 error (i do not remember exactly), i try to reinstall drivers
the problem still actual when i do not use blackmagic as input in cat, but the card is in macpro, when i pull it from mac everything is ok with phoenix, i change my extreme hd with intensity pro and now it is ok...
p.s.: sorry for my english....
