    Setting primary display

    Hi Everyone,
    I have the following setup;
    6x mac pro 5.1 quad core 2.8 running in 32bit mode
    GTX 285 graphics card
    2x Phoenix PE1

    Digital TH2GO on output 2
    Analog KVM switcher on output 1 (adderlink x1000)

    I'm having a problem where every now and then all six macs will boot with the TH2GO set as the primary dispay (it should be the KVM)

    Does anyone know why this might be?
    Is there a precedence for DVI? if so why do I not see this happen each time?
    I'm guessing it's a timing issue where the TH2Go becomes availible first.

    Is there a way to set a specific output to always be the primary display in the OS?

    Thanks in advance

    The only way to get past this is to make sure the KVM is selecting the specific machine as you power it on or as you power it off. Once on, switch. Once off, switch.
