  1. netgear 10\100 switch lan

    Hi all,
    we need to connect in artnet a granma consolle and 4 catalyst together for a big music tour,

    are the switch lan netgear 10\100 ok for this use?? or its better the
    HP procurve series??
    or can someone suggest me the best brand for work in artnet with catalyst??

  2. I use the most stupid unmanaged switches possible! Nothing to mis-configure, and troubleshoot!

    If you are going to use a more intelligent managed switch then turn the broadcast storm features off.

    Artnet runs at 10base - so a 10/100 un-managed switch is fine.
