    Phoenix Card

    Ok,

So I got a Phoenix card for my Catalyst. Its a PE4. So I was wondering if there is anything I need to do for best results. As I am looking at it, most of the time it is completely fine, but every once in a while, it will glitch. Like stutter. Here is my setup.

    2008 Mac Pro 8X3.0GHz
    2GM RAM
    250GB system drive
    32GB SSD Content Drive
    Nividia GeForce 8800GT
    Catalyst M257
    TH2G running a 3 screen blend
Other output connected to a Panasonic PT-DW7000.
    Phoenix PE4 with 2 HDSDI 1080i inputs.

    Thanks

Any reason you are not running m329?
Check the Phoenix site as well to be sure you've installed the latest drivers.
    Best Regards,

I was doing a previous show and did not have time to resetup all the blends and everything for M329. Does it work better? If so I will try that.

if this glitch happens on a regular interval I would bet its a result of the refresh rate of your graphics card output not being an even multiple of your input frame rate.. ie.. 1080i@29.97 would require a refresh of 59.94 on your computer output to function correctly .... this can be a pain ...

    Any news on this?
