Projection on a piece of cylinder

hi,

for a project I want a projection an a piece of cylinder.



height : 4 m
radius : 1.5 m
extent : 5.75 m
piece : 220°


My idea is:
with 2 - 90° twisted beamers in 45 ° angle

I have done a test an a small model and use the curved screen with Cylinder 2 and a soft edge of 12,5 %


my problem is distortion so I use the aspect (170 -185) of each layer to make it wider.

Whats the best way to handle this and have you experience with that ?

For 220 degrees, 3 projectors would be better. I've done this same thing. If you just drag and play with the bezier points, you'll get it right. You're going to need to play with the handles quite a bit. It just takes time.
