I can create Cues with dragging Presets, Goto, MSC, MMC virtual buttons in my cuelist...
My question is about RECORD button in the Cuelist Window. How does it work, which processes in the cuelist I can simplify with it. Record button just close to PLAY cuelist button, I made a screenshot for the button.

I'm not sure but I don't think it does anything in the cue list yet.
I might have something to do with external devices but I don't know what. it certainly appears as a command when you drag it into the cue list.
