File Preview In-frame

Hello all

I have had someone ask me if it is possible for, in the Library -> File dialogue in the HUD, to have the file previews show a frame other than the first frame. Basically, he has content which starts from black, and wants the thumbnails to be, say, 25 frames into the clip.

Is there any way to do this at the moment? I have suggested that he cuts off the fade from black at the start, and do that on a cue, but he's having none of it.

Unless Richard wants to make a change in the software - I don't think so.

There are some third party apps which can create a thumbnail view of a content folder on various frames, then export as a PDF, if that would help.
