Assigning mixes to layers in presets

Hi,

I can't get presets to successfully assign mixes to layers.

Example: I've a "blank state" preset with all layers at intensity 0 and have edited the preset to assign specific layers to specific mixes using the mix select parameter (the first one in the list in the edit window).

However when I play it back it just leaves each layer's mix assignment alone.

Is it broken, or am I? Any advice welcome. Using v4.20_m192UB_HD

Edit: As a workaround I realise I can leave layers manually assigned to specific mixes, it's just reducing my flexibility...
