Issues with dongle

Have you installed the Dongle Driver?

Does the dongle ID and SN appear in the 'Install register box?'

is the dongle plugged directly in to a USB port - or via a hub or keyboard port?

Do you have PixelMad in startup items? - Try removing it.

Hi Simon,

I have tried the dongle in both the mac mini and the keyboard. The pixelmad is not in the startup and I have also tried unloading / forced install the hasp driver.

The dongle ID displays but the S/No does not.
