3 video outputs to create one image

I need to use 3 projectors to create one image, Is it possible to use 2 double output video cards to achieve this set up? Do I HAVE to use the matrox triple head to have the triple output?

    Thanks
    Emilio

  2. Hi Emilio

at the moment, Catalyst only supports a single video card.

You could use a Matrox dual-head on one video port and a straight line out of the second video port, but the triple-head would be best for your application so you can take advantage of Mix Position Offsets to create one large image. Whereas you cannot use Mix Position Offsets across ports.

Besides a Triple-Head is still cheaper and easier than buying a second video card, and installing it.

    Hope this helps
