OSX on SSD what about performances ?

a question for Richard and the rest of us .

Did anyone try OsX on a dedicated SSD ?

So that Osx run on one ssd and contents on an other sdd .

I'm pointing to performances, does running Osx on a SSD will improve the performances of the app it self and of all the drivers and demons that run back stage?

    Thanks

    i havent tried it-

why dont you buy one and test?

most applications are paged into ram when executed.
    so unlikely to help.
