Where does that clip come from?

Hi there

i have a collection of clips here on the harddrive, which a costumer brought to us for a project which we did a while ago. They all have pretty much the same aperance of lights being reflected on some sort of glass. I am pretty sure this is out of a larger collection of royalty free content. But i have no real clue where it comes from.

As this customer somehow seems unreachable for us anymore, i would need some help here. Maybe anybody on here can identify this and tell me, where i can buy that. I would love to buy the rights to use these. Somebody already told me that this was part of the catalyst content package which used to be sold with the software. If so, who originally produced and sold it?
