more DMX slots or grouped devices

I've got a show coming up where I'd like to control the following with DMX under m132

14 layers
8 Mix layer selcet
8 Mix shape
6 custom serial trigger
1 preset trigger
and possibly 1 video switcher

this makes 32 devices that i need to assign to DMX. Currently there are only 27 availible slots -I think you see the problem here.

What i would find really useful is instead of adding more slots, if devices were grouped.
For instance as well as being able to assign layers individually it would be great if there was a layers 1 thru 12 option. this way I could patch layers 1 thru 12 to lets say artnet 1 and set one start address of 001 all within the first slot. (obviously layer 2 would then assign itself to 41 layer 3 81 and so forth) I could then patch layers 13 and 14 individually. (as there is only 512 channels on DMX you couldnt get 14 layers on 1 string, you could get 13 but I'm slightly superstitious)
If this was applied to the other devices as well (an "all custom serial", "all mix shape" and "all mix layer select" then patching catalyst to DMX could be sped up considerably.

otherwise can I just have more patching slots please so i can make it work.
