    triggering presets with midi

When Triggering presets using midi the midi channel is ignored.

    For example:
Midi controller 1 is set to Note on C0 is preset 1 C5 is 60
I/O is set to our interface (Roland edirol audio interface)
    Channel is set to 1

However when note on commands are sent on any other channel presets still trigger.

one has to try and keep this simple. but yes it would be good if you could select what midi values did what.

paul is using this on a theatre show - and the midi notes are in a system with sound commands to other devices i believe. so he needs the midi channel to be used.

ignoring the midi channel actually - in the first instance - makes it a little bit easier to setup and use.
