Crashing in 4.05 m50UB

Having sporadic random crashes usually when nothing is playing or after a cue list release on the hog.

Catalyst Locks up and none of the keys or Ctr Alt esc work.

System is G5 Quad 2.5 2 triple heads.

Any ideas.
