I have now followed the instructions to uninstall the incorrect drivers and have reloaded those you provided. Unfortunately, o luck, Any idea's?

you can see on your profile this:
DR (64.388)-** End Open Prefs - 58 3a
DR (64.401) -** Open Prefs SG 1- 59
LFG Direct mode not enabled
your direct drivers for LFG4 is not enable....
you can do it on CATALYST preferences
and in the config panel put flag on LFG4 direct driver.
this fix your problem.

I may be missing something here, however, when I go to preference - video input, the box enable lfg direct api is enabled. Where do I go from here?

Still not having much luck in getting this to work. I have again re-installed the drivers you sent after deleting those incorrectly installed. Do you know what files should be installed by your drivers?
