Constant rotate on a live video feed

Does any know how to a Z constant rotate on a live video feed?

set the z rotate parameter to a value greater than 720
(try 750)

XYZ rotate has 720 degrees of 'index' rotation in each direction
After 720 - the parameter changes to rotation - speed dependant upon value above 720

+ve in one direction
-ve in the other direction
0 back to default
