'use Layer Mode'

Say you have one image and you want to have that image repeated on screen in a different position or with different FX.

You use the 'Use Layer Mode' on one of the layers

Library chanel is set to dmx value 254

File channel is set to:

dmx value on file channel is 0 for 'use layer' 1
dmx value is 1 for layer 2
dmx value is 2 for layer 3
dmx value is 3 for layer 4

etc

this is a very important thing to know.
It helps performance a lot

does this work accross multiple servers? or only on the local machine?
could I say select a live input on server 2 that was physicaly plugged into server 1?
