Problem with dongle

Hello.
I´m a new Catalys user, version 4.10_m119. I want to change the dongle since it got hit and now it´s twisted. Still works, but I want to know how to change it. I´m trying to get in contact with Projected Images, which is our distributor, but their mails are not working. Any news fom them? Any suggestions?
