Video Input Lag

Two Machines, Both are duplicates G5 2.7 1Gb Radeon 9800

I just upgraded two Catalyst Machines from Panther to Tiger and Put m119 on them both.
When I do a performance analysis from 4.01 on panther to 4.10 on tiger, panther shows to be running faster. (I would have used Leopard but I am awaiting your test results.)
I send both machines the same Video Input. On one machine, I used two outputs and the other one.
On The single output machine, I have very close frame matching.
On the dual output machine, the video input lags and the lag increases.

With both outputs on, the lag starts at a few seconds behind.
When I turn off one output, the input starts in sync but falls out of sync.
All outputs are 1024x768 @ 60Hz with a 29.97 Frame Rate

All drivers are current. Which are for the SCSI controller and Capture card.

Yes, the video desktop is disabled.

Where can I look or what can I do to eliminate the lag?
