Moving Presets across machines

How do you move the preset list from one machine to another. I have one Mac Pro desktop and one G5 I moved the CatalystPreset file and the Cue list file to the g5 from the macpro. The g5 will load the cuelist but will not load the presets. I put the preset file in the same folder as the app and also tried loading the preset file using the laod show command. When I use the load show command on the preset file it looks like it is doing something but when I check there are no presets.

Are you trying to move from a PPC to an Intel machine?
I believe that this is a known issue if this is the case.

presets should load from same folder- there is no endian information in the preset files - nothing that affects intel/g5. ( thats only other settings )

load show - is for loading cue lists not presets. presets are automatically loaded.
