Dongle not found

I have installed Catalyst 4.10 on a MAC but the software does not find the dongle. Also in the Install---Register section the message Driver not found is displayed.

The Mac in question is partitioned with Windows XP (using Bootcamp) if tha matters. The USB port I am using can find other USB devices and the dongle I am using workes on other MACs I have running Catalyst on.

Any thoughts as to what the problem could be?

silly question, have you installed the dongle driver? It can be found under the HELP menu of the Catalyst application.

Do you have Catalyst set to auto launch? This often happens faster than the system "seeing" the dongle.

Simply closing Catalyst completely, and then re-starting the App is enough to get it going.
