Layer failed to play loaded clip

Hi Guys,

I had the same problem below twice on the same server at last nights show.
Running MacPro late 2013, 10.10.3 and 561.

Problem
Preset triggered from internal cue list told the layer to load: folder, file, play mode (42) and fade intensity from 0-255.
The layer intensity faded in but the play head and frame counter stayed at 0. The preview pane showed the first frame of the clip.

In rehearsals when this happened: i just quick re-scaned the server and it popped back up.

Was running a backup server with same show, which did play the clip, thankfully!
