I need some tips for how to configure a rack for a gig in may. I will be showing clips manipulated in catalyst for songs and IMAG between acts.
I would like to be able to input two feeds from the trucks (SDI) one program and one iso.
What do you recommend hardware wise to do this?

On muse last year we used a Leitch sdi video switcher - switching between 8 or more camera inputs - a single sdi feed went to a decklink card.Quote:

Many companies make controllable sdi switchers - that can be controlled and switched from Catalyst.
They use quite simple protocols.

It's pretty easy to control an RS232 channel from the comfort of your Hog.
Here's the Hog 2 library for doing this.
