Mix Layer Select Question..

Does anyone know if there is any issues regarding leaving the DMX value in an ON or OFF state in the DMX mix layer select fixture?

ie, I have programmed the complete Mix-Layer setup I want into a cuelist and as it tracks it stays in the Cyan(OFF) or Green(ON) colour as opposed to the grey(OFF) and yellow(on) of the layer control window when its not being talked to directly.

Does holding these DMX values throw up any issues?

I have 3 mixes doing individual portions of LED screen, 1 doing Pixelmad and 2 others overlapping to combine LED screens..

Any advice much appreciated,
