visual and fx documentation

Richard,
is there a document explaining how to use all the visual and colour effects?
some of the visual effects (framestore for example) can be a bit tricky to work out.

if one exists where can I download it? and could it be included within the built in webserver?

the framestore is in the whats new document inside the application. app help menu.

the undocumented ones might be in the process of changing.. so they arent documented...deliberately.

does this mean we can look forward to some new fx?
