Good evening. I am experiencing issues with Pixelmad v2.2_f82 back to v2_f56. The dongle does not appear to be recognised and when it is, the display goes red every so many minutes. I have attached the pdf.
Any help would be appreciated

Have you installed the Dongle Driver?
Does the dongle ID and SN appear in the 'Install register box?'
is the dongle plugged directly in to a USB port - or via a hub or keyboard port?
Do you have PixelMad in startup items? - Try removing it.

I have tried the dongle in both the mac mini and the keyboard. The pixelmad is not in the startup and I have also tried unloading / forced install the hasp driver.
The dongle ID displays but the S/No does not.

Sounds like your dongle has lost its SN - or its not a pixelmad Dongle. If the Dongle ID is shown - then the driver is correctly installed.
Best to contact your reseller to get your dongle re-flashed (if thats the issue). - or email Richard with your dongle ID and purchasing details.
